Klipsch Professional Series In-Ceiling/Floor Architectural Subwoofers

Klipsch has introduced two new discrete custom installation subwoofer solutions for home audio system design flexibility.

The Klipsch Professional Series in-ceiling/floor and in-wall subwoofers deliver bass with a minimal visual footprint.

The new Klipsch Professional Series PRO-1200SW (12-inch woofer) in-wall subwoofer installs into new construction in standard 16-inch OC stud bays. It features a long-throw Cerametallic woofer with reverse rolled surround. The PRO-1200SW joins the existing Klipsch PRO-1000SW (10-inch woofer) in-wall subwoofer in the series.

The new Klipsch Professional Series PRO-800SW in-ceiling bandpass subwoofer delivers dynamic low frequencies for distributed audio or whole home audio installations. The design features a flexible port tube that opens to a small 4.25-inch opening, matching the diameter of most recessed lights and minimizing its visual footprint in the room. The 8-inch long-throw Cerametallic woofer provides deep bass, and dual voice coil design allows for system design versatility. A 90-degree connector and dog legs on the port tube ceiling connector ensures secure installations in small, tight spaces. The Klipsch PRO-800SW subwoofer can act as an in-floor option as well, with a 4-inch x 10-inch floor vent kit accessory (sold separately) for discrete installation.

These Professional Series architectural subwoofer solutions feature MDF enclosures to ensure sound isolation from neighboring rooms and magnetic, paintable grilles.
