IC Realtime, manufacturer of closed circuit TV, DVR, and camera systems, has joined Savant Systems’ Excellence in A/V cooperative program, which was designed to improve global compatibility between Savant’s control systems and other manufacturers’ products.
IC Realtime’s security products are designed for high-end residential, government, and commercial environments. Their video recording capability can be constant or motion triggered, and their DVRs are networkable for easy monitoring and can be controlled via Savant’s automation platform, according to the companies.
“IC Realtime addresses a need in the luxury home market and we wanted to provide our authorized dealers with seamless interoperability with this product line through our Excellence in A/V Program,” stated Bob Ross, Savant’s director of business development. “Now users can monitor recorded events via any of several interfaces including the iPad.”
