HAI has introduced two new programs designed to promote its home automation product line in new home developments. The Builder Partner Program will offer qualified builders special volume discounts on HAI products, as well as support through HAI’s national network of Distribution Partners and trained dealers.
We designed these programs to provide a realistic solution for builders and developers who recognize the increasing consumer demand for tech-ready, energy efficient homes,” HAI president Jay McLellan said.
The Model Home Support Kit, which is being introduced in conjunction with the Builder Partner Program, includes product and promotional tools to increase the effectiveness of Model Home marketing. It includes a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) sheet for builders, realtors and interested home buyers, merchandising displays as well as exposure on HAI’s website.
“Installing dealers and builders should find the stand-alone selling power of the brochures and wall displays particularly helpful,” McLellan explained. “Our intention in developing this program was to include everything a dealer or builder would need for a successful model home endeavor.”
Other components of the program include toll-free technical support for installing dealers, product training and warranties, access to an extensive database of application notes, programs, manuals, and selling tools on HAI’s dealer website, as well as a company and model home listing on the public HAI website.
