Chad Russell is the director of sales, residential at SurgeX. Russell has over 25 years of experience and a keen interest in keeping up with industry trends. Russell has been involved in custom installation since his college days and has gained expertise in direct-to-consumer sales while working in the thriving Scottsdale market in the early 2000s. He later shifted his focus to the manufacturing side of the business, where he gained a diverse background. Prior to joining SurgeX, Russell held positions such as regional sales manager for Kaleidescape and Crestron Electronics, territory sales manager for VUDU, vice president of sales for ICE Cable Systems, and director of sales for Josh.ai.
