#RoadtoISE: Leon Speakers

Leon Speakers discusses ISE 2019 trends and what visitors can expect to see in their stand.

In our series of #RoadtoISE blogs, we’re talking with exhibitors about the hottest technologies and trends they’re looking to see at ISE 2019.

Q&A with Noah Kaplan, President and Founder, Leon Speakers.

Q: Why ISE?

NOAH KAPLAN: We love exhibiting at ISE, and this year we’re really looking to make a statement with our booth. These shows can feel like a sea of the same, year after year. Instead of just filling our walls with products that you could easily see on our website, we want to show the solutions that haven’t been seen before—the ones that push the boundaries and surprise people. Our stand will have a strong focus on art and will prove to attendees that high-design definitely has a seat at the table in the technology world.

Q: What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?

NK: While we’ve been speaking the language of design for many years now, the industry finally seems to be catching up to the conversation. There’s more and more talk of working collaboratively with interior designers and architects, and while it’s always our mission to design products with both form and function in mind, we’re looking forward to seeing that same mindset translate into other technological innovations as well.

Q: How will your solutions inspire integrators?

NK: We always look to inspire people to think differently, to push the boundaries of what they think is possible, and we think that the products that we’re showing will do just that. While there’s a time and a place for off-the-shelf options, we want to remind people that you can push it a whole lot further than that.
