Commercial Integrator Expo (CIX), owned and produced by Emerald, has announced complimentary access to Commercial Integrator Expo 2023 Conference sessions. To expand the reach of CIX educational sessions and provide industry professionals with simplified access to relevant content sessions, Commercial Integrator Expo Conference will take place on the CIX Show Floor Stage.
The CIX Conference will offer a kaleidoscopic variety of sessions encompassing emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, unified communications and the future of work, project management, and resimercial case studies, to name a few. The sessions, available at no additional cost to registered attendees of both CIX and CEDIA Expo, are designed to inspire industry professionals to think more broadly about how they approach their business, introduce them to new lines of revenue and business opportunities, and equip them with the resources to formulate meaningful conversations with exhibitors on the show floor.
The CIX Conference will provide an opportunity for attendees to gather new information on trends and tips to maximize business results in show floor sessions led by industry experts. A few highlights include:
- “The Future of Emerging Tech in ProAV” will feature emerging tech experts uncovering how artificial intelligence, virtual production, and the metaverse are making an impact today, how they’ll be used in the professional AV industry, and how professionals can use them to be ahead of the innovation curve in their business.
- Control Concepts’s Brittany Dicesare and Steve Greenblatt will utilize DISC personality profiles to demonstrate behavioral differences and apply this knowledge to day-to-day business in the AV industry. “Understanding Personality Types for Increased Productivity and Success” will leave attendees with resources to overcome challenges with successful engagement and outcomes.
- “Above the Clouds: Integrating Machine Learning, Virtual Reality and Immersive Technologies into the Amelia Earhart Hangar Museum” will examine the proper considerations for integrating technology into cultural centers or museum spaces to achieve learning objectives and rethinking museum exhibits through the lens of design and technology to drastically alter a museum-goer’s experience.
The free CIX Conference sessions will take place on the CIX Show Floor Stage. NSCA’s BizSkills Day, taking place Wednesday, September 6, 2023, and the Digital Signage Federation’s Digital Signage Day, taking place on Thursday, September 7, 2023, are not included in the complimentary show floor sessions. NSCA and DSF’s sessions will continue to be held in room 102 of the Colorado Convention Center.
