At booth #2106, attendees will experience how the Artafex line of luxury lighting solutions, including the new Artafex 1, offer multi-use solutions for every application, from a single room to an entire home, while integrating with popular control systems. Artafex 1 is a one-inch downlight and adjustable fixture built to solve a problem that has limited the category since one-inch fixtures first launched: limited output, poor glare control, no tunability, and fixtures that required cutting into finished ceilings for service kept them relegated to accent lighting alone. Artafex 1 changes that, giving integrators a fixture small enough to disappear into any ceiling and capable enough to anchor ambient, task, and accent lighting throughout a home. At the heart of the fixture is DMF’s patent-pending 3-Stage Optic, the only optic of its kind in a one-inch aperture, delivering up to 750 lumens while controlling glare from a nearly invisible trim, with tunable white and warm dim options for softer, more livable light wherever it’s needed.
Paired with DMF’s Artafex PhaseX digital lighting control technology, Artafex 1 offers true tunable white lighting, with flicker-free, ultra-smooth dimming delivered over standard electrical wiring rather than specialty low-voltage cabling. A PhaseX gateway extends that control to up to 64 fixtures over open-standard DMX/RDM and integrates with Crestron Home. A remote driver powers up to five fixtures from up to 100 feet away, and both the driver and light module are tool-free and fully accessible from below the ceiling plane, so integrators never need to reopen a finished ceiling for service. Artafex 1 ships in a fixed Downlight configuration and a 360-degree Adjustable configuration, backed by a 10-year warranty and the certifications luxury residential projects require.
DMF will also showcase Artafex Linear, its half-inch architectural linear lighting system for under-cabinet, cove, millwork, and accent applications. The Artafex line delivers one connected lighting lineup, giving integrators a consistent design, specification, and service experience across downlights, linear fixtures, and digital control.
