Bedrock Learning will design, develop, and manage the online learning portal for the TiO Ninja training program. The program includes eight different belt levels culminating at the top TiO Ninja Black Belt. Belts are earned as online training modules and Ninja Belt certification tests are completed, each building on the previous level and representing a higher degree of TiO professionalism. Rewards for earning belts (in addition to the knowledge gained) include certificates, t-shirts, belts, free TiO products and, at the top black belt level, national recognition and an awards dinner.

“Bedrock Learning is well known for providing exceptional industry training,” said Mike Anderson, President of Anuva Automation. “Knowing we wanted an online, self-paced training experience for our dealers, Bedrock was the obvious choice because of their expertise. Our Ninja program stands out as a different way to recognize and reward our dealer’s commitment to TiO.”

Helen Heneveld, President of Bedrock Learning, noted, “The Bedrock team is excited to be a part of TiO’s coming success. Their approach to automation is unique and refreshing from the typical programmed systems we’ve seen in the past. It’s fun and creative working together to reflect the ‘TiO way’ in their training program.”

The first training module will be launched in January 2015 with additional modules and certification test following soon after. Heneveld estimates it will take dealers approximately two hours to complete the online training modules and take the test to receive their TiO Ninja Yellow Belt, which certifies a dealer to install the TiO system.
