Since Audio Excellence made its North American debut at CEDIA Expo 2017, the brand has been developing a national sales network, appointing its first independent sales reps in the U.S.
Designed by CEO Patrice Congard (also CEO of Screen Excellence) the Audio Excellence home theater system is comprised of custom-made speakers, multi-channel amps and DSP control—often used in conjunction with an acoustically transparent film screen.
The system follows Congard’s patented approach to layout logic and signal routing known as the “Congard Code.” This, in part, frees the main LCRs of everything below 100 Hz, which is directed to strategically placed bass extension units, and dedicated LFE signal-only subs. The net-result is a home theater experience that the company believes yields dialogue intelligibility and bass management comparable to professional and commercial cinemas. The systems range from $30,000 to $60,000 (U.S. MSRP) based on size and surround configuration.
The company's new rep network is not yet complete, but the current line-up includes The Dan Drook Group, with principal Dan Drook, who will cover Ohio, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky
Accent Marketing Associates, with principal Wayne Brown, will cover Illinois and Wisconsin
BrandReps USA, with principal Howard Borsa, will cover Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee
Pacific Rim NW Marketing, with principals Dee Farr and Mark Giovannetti, will cover Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and northern Idaho
Current Marketing, with principal Paul Epstein, will cover Arizona, New Mexico, Clark County Nevada and El Paso, TX.
Metro New York integration firm S.E.A.L. Solutions serves VIP clientele, including athletes and Hollywood actors. His company is also a dealer for Audio Excellence. “Whether we get called to design a theater from the ground-up or simply upgrade to 3D audio, the heightened realism of the Audio Excellence system is hugely exciting to our customers,” said S.E.A.L. principal Chris Wyllie. “The added bonus is that this helps me further differentiate S.E.A.L. from others.”
