CEDIA Needs Your Vote

If you want your voice to be heard within the CEDIA organization, then a good place to start is by casting your vote in the association’s Board of Directors 2010/2012 elections.

CEDIA’s chairman, Ken Erdmann, noted that it is a CEDIA member’s right and responsibility to vote for the members of the Board of Directors. “I challenge each voting member of CEDIA to make your voice heard,” he said. “This is your chance to determine the future of CEDIA by taking an active role in selecting its leadership. CEDIA and our industry are a crossroads [and] your vote will determine which path your association follows. Evaluate the information on each candidate and select those you feel will best represent you. The days of sitting on the sidelines while others determine CEDIA’s future are long past we need to hear your voice.”

This year’s nominees are Federico Bausone, Robert Cairns, Dennis Erskine, James Heckendorf, Russ Pritchard, Peter Shipp, Bill Skaer, Randy Vaughan, and Sean Weiner. Each CEDIA member can vote for as many as five candidates.

Their biographies and contact information are listed within the online ballot, so review the list of potential candidates and cast your vote by July 23. You may be prompted for your CEDIA member username and password. If you do not know your username and/or password, contact CEDIA Headquarters at 317.328.4336 or e-mail [email protected].

Voting is only open to full CEDIA members. Visit http://www.cedia.net/election/ to cast your vote.
