DBL Names Di Filippo VP of Key Accounts

The distributor has appointed a veteran sales and business development leader to manage its high-growth key accounts channel.

Scottsdale, AZ--DBL Distributing Inc has appointed Raymond T. Di Filippo as vice president of key accounts. Di Filippo joins the company with 25 years of experience delivering strategic sales, promotional and merchandising programs, most recently from Gibson Audio (Division of the Gibson Guitar Corporation), where he was vice president of sales and channel development.

As vice president of key accounts, Di Filippo will be responsible for leading the development and growth of new and existing key accounts within DBL's fulfillment services/e-commerce customer segment. With an extensive background in product and program development, strategic planning, project management, promotional and merchandising development, Di Filippo's experience in sales and account development will provide the foundation for DBL's strategy to deploy an outside sales presence. He will focus on growing new and existing fulfillment service and e-commerce accounts among "click and mortar" consumer electronics dealers and retailers nationwide. Prior to joining DBL, Di Filippo held a variety of senior management positions with Gibson Audio, AFV/Orbital Inc., Gardner Bender, Solatube International Inc., and The Stanley Works.
