Denon won’t officially celebrate its 100th Anniversary until October, but the company is not waiting to announce a new line of HDMI 1.4a 3D-ready audio/video receivers, two new universal Blu-ray players, and six new headphones.

During the company’s press luncheon today in New York City, the company will reaffirm its commitment to the custom installation channel with these products and expand its AVR product warranty from two years to three years.

“We have a lot of technology to talk about this year, we’re excited about it, and we have a really positive outlook for 2010 for Denon and for the categories in general that we are competing in,” Denon’s senior VP of sales and marketing, Phil Cohn, told Residential Systems prior to the luncheon.

“For us, it’s about offering the channel better story and more performance in products that we bring to market,” Cohn said.
