Louisville, KY–Honeywell has completed the acquisition of Burtek Systems Corporation and the Security Systems Division (SSD) from Richardson Electronics Ltd.
Burtek is a distributor of low voltage products serving customers in Canada, the United States, Latin America, and Europe. The acquisition will expand Honeywells global presence in security and low voltage products distribution and will be integrated with Honeywells ADI Global Distribution business, which has over 200 branch locations in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
