Dana Innovations, parent company of Sonance, iPort and TRUFIG, has promoted Jason Sloan to chief sales officer. In his new role, Sloan is responsible for overseeing sales of all Dana Innovations brands worldwide.
Sloan joined Dana Innovations as VP of business development in 2006 and was appointed VP of sales later that year. In 2008 he assumed a leadership role in Dana Innovations’ newest endeavor, TRUFIG.
According to his company, Sloan has been an integral part of crafting the Dana Innovations outreach strategy and in working toward connecting the CEDIA community with the leading architects and designers in every market.
Prior to Dana Innovations, he worked for Lutron Electronics for eight years holding several positions, including national sales manager.
“Jason’s extensive industry background within the specification community and custom installation market has contributed to the ongoing strategy of all Dana Innovations brands,” Dana Innovations CEO Ari Supran said. “He has been instrumental in launching our newest brand, TRUFIG, to the design community, and we value his contribution to building awareness and demand for all of the Dana brands.”
