JL Audio Holds Rep Event

Sixty-two car, home, and marine sales reps for North America, converged on manufacturer's South Florida headquarters.

Miramar, FL–JL Audios independent sales reps recently renewed their commitment to the company during a Rep Alliance that took place earlier this month at the companys South Florida headquarters.

Sixty-two JL Audio car, home, and marine reps, covering territories all over the U.S. and Canada, were treated to demonstrations of in-car and marine audio systems, as well as a motivational speech by Hallerin Hilton Hill, radio and television talk show host of Anything is Possible on WBIR-TV in Knoxville, TN. Hallerin talked about the challenges in todays sales environment and the need to be all in or else youre out.

The event, themed Were all in, took place over three days packed with activities designed to motivate and educate the rep force, factory tours, in-depth technical seminars, and product demonstrations. Among the highlights were tech sessions taught by experts in their respective fields Home Audio by Carl Kennedy and Brian Power, Full- Range Speakers by Manville Smith, Dwayne Spanbroek and Brett Hanes, Amplifier Technologies by Bruce MacMillan, Dan McLeod and Steve Turrisi, Marine Audio by Alan Wenzel. And company founder and CEO Lucio Proni presented an outstanding session on subwoofer design.

Andy Oxenhorn, President of JL Audio said, Not only was this Rep Alliance a lot of fun, but it was also our most productive ever. I thought the Reps really got to see what makes JL Audio special and learned a great deal in the various presentations that were given. I am sure that this Rep Alliance will be remembered as a great launching point for a very successful 2008.
