KEF America is participating in Psychic Debris Field, the latest multi-sensory, multi-media installation by acclaimed Los Angeles artist Doug Aitken. Regen Projects is presenting the exhibition that will run through February 22, 2025 at their gallery located at 6750 Santa Monica Boulevard, in Los Angeles.

Of Psychic Debris Field, Regen Projects says, “Aitken sets forth a poly-media composition of artworks that create a narrative which explores the juxtaposition of deep ecological history within our landscape and contemporary habitation. The artworks create a fever-dream interpretation of our landscape ranging from large-scale sculptures created from urban debris, light and sound installations, botanic artworks, and fabric works that seamlessly combine these mediums.”
KEF is providing audio support for the sonic portion of the exhibit, supplying four Ci5160RLM-THX in-wall loudspeakers that are being used in bespoke wall-mounted cabinets for the left, right, and rear surround speakers. A single Ci200RS-THX speaker provides the center channel, and four Kube 15 MIE subwoofers are hidden within the exhibit for deep bass support.
This installation provides the opportunity to hear KEF speakers in a real-world installation that’s not your typical theater showroom. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The exhibit runs through February 22, 2025.
