NewBay Launches Residential Systems International

New York, NY — NewBay Media has expanded its successful Residential Systems brand with the launch of Residential Systems International, a print and digital magazine, website, and electronic newsletter that is dedicated to the global residential integration market.

The premiere issue of Residential Systems International will be launched at CES and ISE in January 2009, with bi-monthly issues coming throughout the year. It will be distributed in print and digitally to residential integrators throughout Europe, Latin America, South America, and Asia Pacific, with each region having its own section for news and business advice. Additionally, Residential Systems International will deliver the same high-quality industry analysis for which Residential Systems is famous.

“The residential market has asked for this,” stated Adam Goldstein, VP/Group Publishing Director for NewBay Media’s Systems Integration Group. “Many industry manufacturers have told us about an increase in their international business, and we are providing the platform for them to reach all of these global integrators at once.”

Llanor Alleyne has been named Editor of the new publication, and will work with NewBay Media Systems Group Editorial Director Jeremy Glowacki. Alleyne will continue in her role as managing editor of Residential Systems, while taking on the additional responsibilities of Residential Systems International.

“Prior to joining Residential Systems, Alleyne worked for Installation Europe, giving her a solid perspective of the residential market outside of the United States,” Glowacki stated. “She has been a vital component of Residential Systems’ success, and is the ideal person to carry the Residential Systems brand globally.”

Residential Systems International will join NewBay Media’s Systems Integration Group, which includes brands such as Residential Systems, Systems Contractor News, AV Technology, Digital Signage magazine, Rental & Staging Systems, and Marketing at Retail. It will also be a part of NewBay’s international publications, including Systems Contractor News Asia, Broadcast & Production (Italy), Audio Media (Europe/US), TV Technology Asia/Pacific, TV Technology Europe, TV Technology America Latina, Radio World International,Radio World Edition Francophone, RW Engineering ExtraInternational Edition, and Radio World America Latina.
