SVS has hired Ken Kadis as director of U.S. sales. Kadis was a key senior executive with Mitsubishi Electric for more than 26 years and will be responsible for maintaining accounts and driving U.S. domestic growth among power retailers.

Kadis previously served as director of national sales for Mitsubishi Electrical Visual Solutions America Inc., where he created the Professional Audio Video Division’s first end-user sales force. He was fully accountable for planning and executing prospecting strategies, identifying and capturing key accounts and establishing a competitive market position, all of which will serve him well at SVS.

SVS director of global sales, Walter Schofield, will continue representing SVS internationally and in the United States specialty retail segment, working in tandem with Kadis.
