TRXio Forms Alliance with VITAL MGMT TRXio, an inventory management service powered by Cairnstack Software has added an asset-tracking solution for AV manufacturers. By RS Staff Published: August 25, 2016 ⋅ Updated: April 15, 2019 TRXio, an inventory management service powered by Cairnstack Software, has formed an alliance with VITAL MGMT, a provider of strategic business consulting for custom integrators. VITAL MGMT’s business intelligence system for custom integrators, Bi4Ci, will use the backbone and reliability of TRXio’s solutions to streamline processes, and collect and display company stats on easy-to-use management dashboards. Cairnstack utilizes a web connector connection to QuickBooks to extract Bi4Ci specified data to calculate metrics, trends, and even comparative rankings between companies on services. Bi4Ci allows custom integrators to implement the processes and metrics on an assisted basis with QuickBooks instruction and online help instructions for taking the required business actions. Users beginning with VITAL MGMT’s Bi4Ci gain the ability to add inventory management services specifically designed for today’s integrators. “We are pleased to form an alliance with VITAL MGMT to offer our customers more solutions for proven success,” said Reid Hanson, founder and chief executive officer for Cairnstack Software and TRXio. “The combination of the two services will give custom integrators the keys to longterm success through TRXio’s robust inventory tracking system and VITAL MGMT’s robust financial intelligence tools. If used regularly, our software will pay for itself through the recovery of hidden profits—it’s our promise. We invite those attending CEDIA 2016 to visit our booth to learn more about the solutions we have to offer and participate in a demo.” “We have found that if companies standardize on their financial and operations processes and they measure and manage metrics, they can see two to five times improvement in their bottom lines,” said Paul Starkey, CEO for VITAL MGMT. “Reid and his team at TRXio provided us a very quick-to-market capability and their familiarity with QuickBooks data and cloud-security was a key factor in our decision to team up with them.” Bi4Ci will be available for custom integrators starting October 1, 2016, although companies are encouraged to sign up at CEDIA 2016 to reserve their installation slot. Non-VITAL MGMT clients will need to begin their standardized QuickBooks process training and the onboard process prior to starting the service. Visit TRXio at CEDIA 2016 from September 15–17 in booth 1316.
