Benicia, CA–Rockford Corporation has announced the sale of its NHT speaker brand to the Vinci Group of Colorado.
NHT, which has been developing, manufacturing, and marketing high performance home and professional audio loudspeakers since 1986, will be incorporated in the state of Colorado, and will be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Vinci Group.

Formerly Flextronics Design, the company was formed in 2004 when a private consortium based in Boulder, CO acquired the company and renamed it Vinci Labs, now managed by Kimmo Salmi, Managing Director, and Esa Piirila, CTO of the Vinci Group.
