Channel Vision has released its new Network Video Recorder (NVR), which provides users with control, video recording, and more options to integrate with existing systems.
With the new 9-Channel NVR, users can scan their recordings for a specific time, date, event, object, motion, or activity. The NVR also utilizes watchdog monitoring, which will ensure that the device will restart and continue recording if an error occurs, to ensure that a surveillance system will never miss a beat.
“Channel Vision has expanded their NVR line to support nine channels,” stated president and CEO Darrel Hauk. “It will offer our customers a solution to monitoring larger surveillance systems and includes features of the 4-Channel NVR such as SDDP format with a built-in PoE switch that allows for simple, straight-forward installation.”
The NVR-09N supports ONVIF protocol and SDDP format — which allows the NVR to automatically locate and add IP cameras to the network. It supports up to five megapixel IP cameras for each channel and HDMI video interface. In addition, the NVR features an RTSP stream input, which allows third-party cameras to be used with the recording device.
For a limited time, Channel Vision is offering deals on surveillance products. Customers will receive IP or analog cameras free with the purchase of participating Channel Vision surveillance systems. Offer valid until December 31, 2015 or while supplies last.
