AVAD Adds Philips hue to ‘Works with Nest’ Lineup

AVAD has added Philips hue to its "Works with Nest" product lineup. Philips hue personal wireless lighting combines a bright LED light with advanced technology and allows users to control lighting in the palm of their hand with a smart phone or tablet.

The wireless LED light bulbs deliver clear and crisp light and, along with Philips hue’s unique technology applications and Nest technology, transform the way interior light is used. Nest and Philips hue work together to allow users to leave home worry-free by turning the lights off and mimicking a presence at home, while hue lighting can be synced directing to Nest Protect alarms. 


"Light Recipes" coordinate lighting to mood, time of day, weather, and security needs through the Myhue portal app, which serves as an online control panel that connects users to hue products located anywhere in the world. This new addition to AVAD’s lineup of products creates extensive personalization options dealers to offer their customers.

hue is a wireless smart light that functions as a signal alert, night light, a highlight for artwork, cabinets and furniture, and wall color enhancement or variation. AVAD adds the hue, Hue Lux, Hue Go, LivingColors Bloom, LivingColors Iris, and additional accessories to personalize a living space. hue lighting, available now from AVAD, is offered as a bulb, lamp, portable lighting, and more. The starter kits contain two or three bulbs and a bridge while the free app downloads to all iOS or Android devices.
