The newly developed EZ3D rack works in several types of installs, including residential, commercial, new construction, and retrofit. The unit houses AV equipment, security products, computers, networking hubs, and more.

The EZ3D-R21K In-Wall version allows for all equipment to be placed in the wall and between 16 inches on center studs. Installation requires that a 21×14.25-inch hole be cut in the sheet rock, which allows for the rack to go into the wall. Once the rack is installed, the expansion units go into the rack and then slide up or down from the main rack inside the wall and disappear from sight, thus allowing for 59 inches of vertical storage.

The EZ3D-R21K can hold anything from a Satellite Receiver, Cable Boxes, Apple TV, Google TV, 2-channel amplifiers and even 5.1 or 7.1 surround Receivers. The EZ3D-R21K can also handle the basic install all the way to Krell Mono Blocks (S-150). Control systems easily fit inside, from the Crestron Prodigy system to Control4 products.
