CEDIA EXPO 09 in Words and Pictures

CEDIA EXPO 09 Show Daily - 15

Dana Innovations, the parent company of Sonance and iPort, unveiled its latest brand, TRUFIG, at EXPO. TRUFIG was founded by Scott Struthers and Geoff Spencer, who introduced the world’s first "trimless" in-wall loudspeaker system to the consumer electronics market two years ago. Seeing what could be done with the sleek design of in-wall speakers, TRUFIG takes that inspiration and applies it to all the technology (electrical outlets, light switches, audio-video wall plates, etc.) that normally interrupts the architecture of a building. A variety of single gang, double gang, and touch screen kits are available. Pictured, from left, are Jason Sloan, VP of sales, and Rob Roland, general manager.
