Toledo, OH–Owens Corning and Theo Kalomirakis Enterprises (TKE), a subsidiary of Theo Kalomirakis Theaters, have formed a strategic alliance that will lead to the transition of their SelectSound Acoustic Room System to TKE. Under terms of the agreement, Owens Corning will continue to manufacture the SelectSound Acoustic Room System, and TKE will assume responsibility for product line strategy, marketing, sales and service.
By combining the Acoustic Room System with existing TK Theaters products, TKE will offer custom A/V dealers a comprehensive set of home theater products to suit any entertainment environment, from a media room to a dedicated home theater. The TKE product offering will include TK’s Signature Theater Collection, Acoustic Room System, TK’s Accessory Products Line, and TK’s Theater Chair Collection.
All dealers who are part of the existing Owens Corning or Theo Kalomirakis Theaters dealer network will be include in the new TKE dealer network. In addition to a full offering of aesthetically advanced architectural solutions and high-performance acoustical products, TKE will support dealers with tools like online ordering and order tracking, electronic sales lead generation and tracking capabilities and web-based marketing and sales support systems. “TKE is dedicated to serving and supporting custom audio/video dealers,” said Ned Goodhue, president and CEO of TKE. “The incorporation of Acoustic Room System into our existing product offering provides dealers with a plethora of options to deliver the perfect balance between high-level acoustical performance and stunning architectural aesthetics to their sophisticated customers.”
