Michael Heiss returns to Residential Systems with almost five decades of covering all aspects of the consumer and professional electronics industries. Currently an industry consultant on consumer electronics products and marketing he has held executive positions at manufacturers, brands, and service companies. A Life Member of SMPTE, IEEE and SBE, he is also a CEDIA Fellow and recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award.
