State of the Industry
In the State of the Industry address, Workman went through the key initiatives that ProSource is working on, including ProSource University, ProSource Lighting Technology Certification, and ProSource Academy. Newer initiatives announced included ProSource Human Resources and the HR playbook.
As far as challenges and possibilities are concerned, Workman offered the following:
- Supply chain challenges will improve but not enough to return to normal.
- Growth rates will slow, especially for our retail dealers.
- Demand appears to be holding up for now, but we expect this to soften.
- Use this time to improve your business and grow your position in your marketplace.
