Put simply: this is the biggest, best-looking, and slimmest 8K TV ever produced. The QN990C boasts AI innovations to improve both visuals and audio. The 98-inch model is featured at Samsung’s booth (1912) at CEDIA Expo 2023.
On the visual side, the Samsung 8K AI depth enhancer precisely boosts lighting around the objects that viewers’ eyes gravitate toward, while dimming lighting elsewhere, providing not only better visuals, but also improved power consumption from the TV. On the audio front, the QN990C uses AI to dynamically optimize voices and other key sounds while remaining true to the original audio engineers’ intent. This enables every sound to come through clear and balanced, no matter the space.
All these innovations are wrapped in an innovative Infinity One, all-metal design that’s practically invisible. The display has a bezel-less design, allowing the TV to fully blend into its surroundings, with only the base visible from the front.
