Women in Consumer Technology (WiCT) is hosting its annual CEDIA Expo Networking Reception and Luncheon on Friday, September 30, at 11:30 AM CDT. WiCT Reception at CEDIA 2022

“Last year — despite the many companies that pulled out of CEDIA — we went ahead with our annual luncheon and still managed to just about fill the ballroom in Indianapolis,” says Carol Campbell, founder of WiCT. “This year in Dallas, CEDIA is roaring ahead at full steam for the first time since 2019, and we’re anticipating our biggest turnout ever. We can’t wait to see our friends who couldn’t make it last year and welcome those women who are new to our industry and haven’t had an opportunity to attend before. It’s going to be an inspiring event to remember, and we hope to see you there.”

The WiCT luncheon panel discussion will explore the value of investing in talent development and the ROI it provides for companies in the consumer electronics industry. In addition, attendees will discover how utilizing a professional coach can take their careers, leadership, and lives to the next level. Panelists will share their personal stories in regard to these two topics while answering questions from the audience.

The session will be moderated by Becky Magnotta, MBA, PCC, CPQC, of Homestead Coaching and Consulting. Panelists will include JoAnn Arcenal, director of business development, Crestron Electronics; Tracy Christmann, director of marketing, Somfy; Norma Garcia-Muro, vice president of marketing, Kaleidescape; and Michelle Guss, vice president of hospitality, Crestron Electronics.

The CEDIA Expo Networking Reception and Luncheon will take place in the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center — Ballrooms C1 and C2 — in Dallas.
