Opalum, a Swedish manufacturer of small and slim loudspeaker systems, is launching the FLOW.4810 at CEDIA 2012.

Incorporating the company’s Actisonic technology, the FLOW.4810 achieves high-end sound quality from an “impossible” design, Opalum says.

The FLOW.4810’s are active speakers with 120W digital class D amplification and forty eight (48) 1-inch drivers in a point source array in each speaker. They are 1.5-inch deep on-wall speakers with a frequency response of 43Hz – 20kHz and are available in both black and white. They will retail for $3.999 per system and ship to dealers mid-September 2012. A system consists of a pair of speakers, a Control Hub and an RF remote.

The FLOW.4810’s and sources are connected to the Control Hub. There is a Sub out on the control hub as well. The Control Hub and RF remote are included in all speaker system prices.

Other products in the line that are currently shipping are the FLOW.1010 ($2,499 MSRP system), STREAM.310 ($1,199 MSRP system) and STREAM.210 ($999 MSRP system). They are all available in both black and white.
