ProSource Team-Building Contest Raises $71,500 for Make-A-Wish

Spring Meeting Event Demonstrates 'Doing Well by Doing Good' Philosophy

ProSource raised an unprecedented $71,500 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation during a team-building event at the ProSource Spring Meeting last week.

The ProSource event pitted 20 teams against each other to see which could whip up the best guacamole and margaritas. The first-, second-, and third-place winning teams earned a $7,000 donation in their names from ProSource to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Origin Acoustic’s Marc Fisher served as the evening’s emcee and really rallied the crowd, raising a tremendous amount of the evening’s grand total.

“We want to thank everyone for their generosity and passion,” said Dave Workman, CEO and president of ProSource. “Tens of thousands of volunteers, donors, and supporters advance the Make-A-Wish vision to grant the wish of every child diagnosed with a critical illness. The overwhelming success of this team event is a reflection of the heart of our organization. We believe in doing well by doing good.”
