Redwood Marketing has announced that the upcoming CI Expo will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Club in Pleasanton, California, on May 28, 2026. This will be the second year at the new location for the trade show.
Now in its 17th year, the CI Expo showcases cutting-edge products and solutions for commercial and residential AV integrators. Free to attend for integrators, the event is hosted by local distributors and independent manufacturer representatives, connecting systems integrators with more than 70 vendors in an engaging, interactive environment.
Founded in 2009, the CI Expo was created to educate professionals and provide hands-on experience with the latest in audio, video, lighting control, security, networking, and automation technologies for both commercial and residential applications.
“This year, we are excited to expand our outdoor audio and video exhibits, along with showcasing cutting-edge 4K video wall displays, high-resolution wireless AV systems, high-performance projectors, digital signage, smart home devices, surveillance cameras, lighting controls, networking equipment, and more,” says Roz Knight, managing director of Redwood Marketing. “We’re also introducing an expanded focus on cybersecurity, with seminars and exhibits dedicated to protecting clients’ networks and smart home systems. This interactive format helps integrators determine what solutions best fit their clients’ needs.”

The event is endorsed by CEDIA.
The event will take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2026, at the DoubleTree Hotel at the Club, located at 7050 Johnson Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Admission is free for dealers and partner associates.
Attendees can also take advantage of a complimentary “Lunch and Learn” session featuring Kyle Steele, founder and president of Global Wave Integration. His presentation, “The Integrator of the Future: Thriving in the Age of AI,” will explore emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
