To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Acoustical Solutions Inc. is launching a redesigned website and introducing formal product guarantee.

The new site, www.acousticalsolutions.com, was designed to makes it easier to for users to develop wish lists of resources and products, but it also allows for on-the-fly creation of custom informational packages for our customers, sales, and purchasing personnel.

The company’s Ultimate Guarantee benefits customers by guaranteeing service, solution, and price. Acoustical Solutions, Inc. promises to deliver better sound-control solutions, at better prices for comparable solutions, with better customer service, than its competition.

“We introduced The Ultimate Guarantee as way to show our customers that we value their business and will work diligently to make their purchase experience the best in the industry,” national sales manager David Ingersoll explained.

AcousticalSolutions.com has been updated with new interactive features and a new easier to navigate design.

New features include a custom cataloging system, named My Catalog, which allows users to add educational resources, case studies, product information, installation, and technical sheets into a single preformatted document that can be downloaded, e-mailed, or saved to user accounts for future reference.

“The My Catalog is a great feature of the new site,” Acoustical Solutions marketing manager Chris Ogle said. “Not only can users develop their own wish-list of resources and products, but it also allows for on-the-fly creation of custom informational packages for our customers, sales and purchasing personnel.”

Other features include re-categorized and expanded collection of case studies, searchable by application type, a new product section with an expanded product line, including the introduction of Primacoustic studio products and a section category dedicated to products that may help building projects achieve LEED credits.

Many of the products are available to purchase online, while more custom purchases will continue to be developed on the phone with an Acoustical Specialist at Acoustical Solutions, Inc.

A new Support section boasts links to interactive and social media sites, like Facebook and Twitter, along with access to personalized accounts, and a viewable, downloadable catalog.

The company blog, which features advice and short profiles of projects, has also been updated with a new look and feel.
