Van Nuys, CA--Custom home electronics distributor, AVAD, has unveiled its newest custom dealer-friendly initiative, the We Know What You Do Customer Service Guarantee, which features a 30-day exchange for all initial failures and a 90-day Good as New full-credit return privileges.

The We Know What You Do guarantee is an example of how AVAD continually looks for new ways to support our dealers, said Bob Gartland, AVAD president. We know how difficult it is when a product fails within the first 30 days, so we have decided to replace it with a new one. This takes the product liability away from the dealer so they can make their client happy with the least amount of hassle. The second piece of our guarantee supports our customers in a different way. If circumstances on a job change and an AVAD dealer finds himself with an un-opened product he no longer needs, we will take it back for full credit with no re-stocking fees. We understand the nature of the custom installation business and are fully committed to providing our dealers with the tools and policies they need to get the job done cost-effectively and efficiently.

AVADs 30-Day Exchange for Initial Failures policy insures that any current model product that fails within the first 30 days after purchase from AVAD may be exchanged for the same model.
