Audio legend Bob Carver and his father survived a serious car accident last week in Seattle, after they were hit from behind at a traffic light. Police estimate that a drunk driver was speeding at nearly 100 miles per hour when he hit and totaled Carver’s car.
Although both Carver and his father are doing well and expect to make a full recovery, a back injury will prevent him from attending CEDIA EXPO next week in Denver.
Carver says that he regrets missing the show, but encourages attendees to visit Eric Harper or Mark Weisenberg at Booth 159 to ask any questions about their new products, including a new high-performance line called the XT-Series. Additionally, Carver encourages everyone to “remember to always wear your seatbelt.”
