During the CEDIA Manufacturer’s Excellence Awards on Saturday night at EXPO 2009 in Atlanta, 10 companies were honored with Best New Products awards, one received a Best New Technology nod for a “concept” product, and three products were inducted into the CEDIA Product Hall of Fame. Starting things off, the following products earned Product of the Year accolades:

Vantage’s Energy Management Solution
For it’s prototype KP-4000 Network Keypad & MRX-1 Network BaseStation, Universal Remote Control was presented with a Best New Technology honor.
And, rounding out the product winners, were three new Product Hall of Fame inductees:
SpeakerCraft’s AIM in-wall loudspeaker line, Lutron’s RadioRA Whole-Home Lighting Control System, and Middle Atlantic Products’ AXS Equipment Access System.
