Channel Vision has launched a “knowledge base” feature on its web site, www.channelvision.com, that is designed to assist installers and consumers with quick and accurate answers to questions on the company’s product features, compatibility, installation, and other technical questions.

After selecting a product of interest on Channel Vision’s web site, visitors are prompted to “ask a question.” By clicking on this link, visitors are then given real-time access to this information portal.

“While not a substitute for speaking to a live person, it serves as an additional method to access more information on a specific topic of interest,” noted Darrel Hauk, Channel Vision’s president/CEO. “It also benefits users by decreasing the time needed to search through Channel Vision’s web site or instruction manuals, allowing users to find answers and complete their jobs quicker.”
