Connesso, a fast-growing technology integration company focused on luxury residential and commercial environments, has announced the acquisition of McPherson Connected Systems (MCS), a respected Ohio-based integrator known for high-performance, client-centric smart technology solutions. The transaction closed on Dec. 30, 2025. Terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition represents Connesso’s first completed transaction as part of a broader platform growth strategy designed to build regional leadership in custom integration. By bringing together proven operators, strong local brands, and disciplined execution, Connesso aims to scale thoughtfully while maintaining the service quality and technical rigor demanded by the luxury market.
