Livermore, CA–Contractors Wire & Cable, as part of its planned expansion across the United States, has opened a 30,000-square-foot distribution warehouse in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. The new facility will be operational in June and will supply all of the Texas and central USA markets with cable, security, fire, audio, and structured wire products.
Company president, Derek McMullen said the company has secured funding for a planned North American and international expansion of wire and cable products. Along with this expansion, the company will be seeking acquisition opportunities as well as partnering with selected manufacturers of security, fire, audio and structured wiring products.
Randy HallThe company has also welcomed two new hires to its staff. Randy Hall, formerly of The Systems Depot and a 20-year industry veteran with experience in contract monitoring, manufacturing, and distribution has joined as an active partner and senior vice president.
Bill BarrBill Barr, formerly of The Systems Depot and a 23-year industry veteran with experience in key account sales at the dealer level, manufacturing and distribution, has joined the company as an active partner and vice president of national accounts.
