Daisy has signed two new franchise locations in Wayzata, Minnesota, and Nashville, Tennessee, marking another significant milestone in the company’s rapid national expansion. Daisy Miami Beach, which opened in January 2026, joins Wayzata and Nashville as the network expands across three new markets.

These additions bring Daisy to more than 45 total locations nationwide, including eight new franchise territories signed during the first half of 2026. The continued expansion reflects growing demand for professional smart home technology services and Daisy’s differentiated approach to combining local ownership with proprietary technology, recurring services, comprehensive training, and national operational support.

The new franchisees bring deep expertise across cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, education technology, business development, and investing, reflecting Daisy’s strategy of attracting accomplished business leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

Daisy Miami Beach is led by founder and operator Frank Castellano, who designs and integrates technology across residential, commercial, and government spaces. Every system he designs starts from how it could fail. That comes from his work in cybersecurity at Amazon Web Services, where he kept more than one million physical devices secure, and at the National Security Agency. The branch offers a client showroom in the Miami Design District. Builders, architects, and designers work with him directly from pre-wire through commissioning, with one point of accountability and no handoffs.

Daisy New Owner Training
Daisy’s most recent New Owner Training took place in Newport Beach, California, on July 28, 2026. The new Wayzata location will be led by Tracy Purdy, an accomplished executive in education technology and learning and development. Throughout her career, Purdy has partnered with entrepreneurs and leadership teams to help companies scale through organizational development, leadership training, and talent strategy. After years of helping others grow successful businesses, she was inspired to build one of her own through Daisy.

Daisy’s Nashville expansion includes three franchise territories led by Joe Thomas. Thomas is a seasoned sales executive with a long track record of developing customer relationships and driving business growth. Together, they are excited to bring Daisy’s service-first approach to one of the nation’s fastest-growing metropolitan markets.

The three new franchise teams recently participated in Daisy’s signature New Owner Training program at the company’s Newport Beach headquarters. The immersive training experience combines business operations, sales, marketing, installation best practices, and hands-on product education with support from many of the industry’s leading manufacturers, including ADI, Lutron, McIntosh/Sonos Faber, Savant, Seura, and Sonance. The program is designed to prepare new owners to launch quickly while delivering the consistent service experience that defines the Daisy brand from day one.

The expansion comes as Daisy continues the nationwide rollout of DaisyCare, the company’s proactive smart home service support program. DaisyCare provides homeowners with ongoing maintenance, remote support, priority service, system optimization, and technology guidance long after the initial installation is complete.

Supporting every franchise is Daisy’s proprietary Bloom technology platform, which integrates customer relationship management, financial management, field service operations, scheduling, inventory, and business analytics into a single operating system. Together, Bloom and DaisyCare provide franchise owners with a powerful operating platform that helps them deliver a consistent, service-first experience while building recurring customer relationships and long-term business value.

Since launching in early 2024, Daisy has rapidly expanded through a combination of acquisitions and franchising, building one of the industry’s largest and fastest-growing national networks of smart home technology professionals.
