DBL, Auvi in VoIP Products Deal

The new partnership taps into consumers' growing comfort with Internet- and VoIP-enabled telecommunication products.

Scottsdale, AZ--DBL Distributing Inc. has entered into a distribution partnership with Auvi Technologies, a designer and developer of digital audio, video, and wireless entertainment and emerging technologies. Through DBL, Auvi will market VoIP telephones and headsets.

DBL's recently released 1,120-page Fall/Winter 2006 Catalog marked the first appearance of Auvi products such as the PHIP65 VoIP handset, which connects to a traditional landline and a user's computer via USB port. The dual functionality PHIP65 gives consumers the freedom to make and receive both standard and/or Internet calls from a single cordless phone. Like other Auvi products, the PHIP65 is Skype-friendly, has an integrated speakerphone, caller ID, three-way calling, call transfer between handsets, and a good-sized LCD. Auvi's WBT121 Bluetooth VoIP Headset and USB Adapter Combo Kit, the WIP20S Skype Phone Adapter and the PCIP05 USB VoIP Telephone for Skype, are also available through DBL.
