ELAN Launches Online Dealer Program

ELAN REWARDS is a new dealer incentive program.

Indianapolis, IN–ELAN Home Systems has launched ELAN REWARDS–a comprehensive online dealer incentive program. The new program went live last week at www.elanrewards.com.

Following on the popularity and success of the companys dealer education outreach programs, ELAN University and ELAN TRIO Summit, ELAN REWARDS is the third major dealer program the company has rolled out in the past 14 months.

Participating, authorized ELAN Dealers can earn points for their ELAN sales, which are then redeemable for a variety of prizes–ranging from ELAN products to luxury vacations, electronics, sports and camping gear–for selling and installing ELAN products and systems. ELAN dealer salespeople and technicians form a team, register, and input their projects when contracted. Program points are awarded during specific stages of the selling process, and both the salesperson and technician on the project earn points.

ELANs executive VP, Paul Starkey stated, We want to recognize the special connection between the salesperson and the designer/installer. ELAN REWARDS, much like ELAN U and TRIO, was envisioned to further establish and enhance our Dealer relationships and is yet another way that we can thank and reward our Dealers for being loyal members of the ELAN family.

We have made a very significant investment in our dealer programs over the past 14 months, and are dedicated to continuing to present opportunities and incentives that will enrich the lives and the wallets of our most precious asset–the ELAN Home Systems dealer,” asserted Cat Fowler, ELANs vice president of marketing and technical services. “This program is so important, that, like ELAN U, we will have dedicated extensive resources including a full-time program coordinator who will oversee ELAN REWARDS and assist our dealers by providing our unparalleled signature customer service and care.”

Once registered, participants will earn additional points throughout the sales and installation process from job contract to final customer sign off and proof of ELAN product sale and job conclusion. After having earned as few as 36,000 points, dealers can begin to claim prizes such as specific ELAN product for personal use. Participants will receive 5,000 points for registering. Additionally, all new client contracts from July 1, 2004 through September 10, 2004 have been grandfathered for participation. ELAN will reward points for all eligible new projects during this period if they are entered by October 15, 2004.

Also at CEDIA, ELAN debuted a new Class D amplifier, multi-room system and various whole-house distribution components. Additionally, ELAN’s ELAN University recently received CEDIA CEU certifications for 11 of its courses.
