If you’re a former NuVision dealer or just a fan of a good deal, now’s the time to get your hands on the former company’s remaining stock of LCD and LED flat panels.

Paul Fredrickson, formerly of Leowe and NuVision, and Jeffrey Goodman, an entrepreneur in the high-end display field, have secured the opportunity to market and sell the remaining NuVision LCD flat-panel inventory. In Fall 2011, the Phoenix-based manufacturer of high-end LCD and LED flat panels notified its creditors that it was liquidating all its assets and shutting down.

The sales will take place through Fredrickson/Goodman’s new distribution company, called Greylight. There is no association between Greylight and NuVision.

There is limited inventory of seven models of the latest generation of NuVision TVs in 19-inch, 32-inch, 40-inch, 46-inch 3D, 55-inch 3D, and 55-inch 3D mirrored models. NuVision Active 3D glasses are also available.

All NuVision products offered by Greylight are discounted 70 percent or more from the summer 2011 MSRP. With the purchase of these units, Greylight is providing a one-year Greylight warranty serviced by the same organization that supported NuVision’s warranty.

Greylight co-founder Goodman is also a member of 3DMC, a new 3D digital signage company and DVE Distribution, known for distributing Samsung’s high-end line of home theater projectors. His business partner Fredrickson, a former SVP for Loewe who also helped to originally start NuVision U.S., is a veteran display industry consultant who has collaborated on other specialty commercial media projects with Goodman. He was key to bringing Greylight to market and establishing crucial factory relationships.

Greylight recommends that customers visit their website for current availability. Orders will be processed in the order they are received.
