Fairfax, VA–The hottest technology from more than 750 companies will be introduced at InfoComm 06 in Orlando, Florida, June 3-9, at the Orange County Convention Center. Attendee registration is now available at www.infocommshow.org .

Attendees will hear the latest in audio in a dozen audio demo rooms, get connected with collaborative conferencing, view the signs of the times at the Digital Signage Pavilion, witness the latest in illumination and production in the Lighting and Staging Pavilion, gain control at the System Programming & GUI Design Gallery and see the latest in home products at the Residential Pavilion.

“The AV industry continues to grow each year, in part fueled by the synergy of IT and networked AV products,” said InfoComm executive director Randal A. Lemke. “Demands for AV technology have grown dramatically in the education sector, due to new classroom construction and reliance on distance learning. Governments and businesses are increasingly dependent on our command and control centers and networked conference rooms. Houses of worship rely on us to keep congregations engaged. The growth of the InfoComm show parallels the surge in the industry’s growth, and you can expect the largest and most dynamic InfoComm ever.”

InfoComm 06 has more than 420,000 net square feet of show floor exhibits, and already has more exhibit space contracted than InfoComm 05. Show sponsors include: Barco, Crestron, Extron, Telex Communications, Tandberg, Christie Digital and Thomson/Grass Valley. The U.S. Department of Commerce is supporting InfoComm 06 by promoting the show to overseas attendees because of its export potential, international interest, U.S. exhibitor offerings, stature and overseas marketing efforts.
