k2 Dealer Services Distributing Process DSG

Process DSG has created product add-ons to D-Tools software, including the Starter MasterTable and Visio Stencil Suite. In addition Process DSG has a well-respected training program.

“We have been a big fan of all the work that Process DSG has done over the years with their D-Tools add-ins and training services,” said Dave Kirn, president and founder of k2 Dealer Services. “We are extremely excited that Process DSG has selected k2 Dealer Services to be the exclusive distributor for their products and training services.”

“As our business has been moving fully to providing support services in the lighting control and energy management space over the past two years, we have been seeking out a firm to continue promoting, selling, and supporting the legendary D-Tools related products and services that we developed,” said Kevin Mikelonis of Process DSG. “k2 Dealer Services provides the best D-Tools based system design and data subscription services, which also complement our offerings and our company’s individual business models. The alliance of Process and k2 will be benefit new and veteran D-Tools users and facilitate our growth in the channel for which we at Process DSG are most passionate.”

With both companies being D-Tools Certified Partners, discussions started in October 2009 to determine how both companies could combine their talents and abilities to better serve their dealers.

“Everyone thought of us as competitors, however Kevin and I felt that we could both help develop better solutions for our dealers,” Kirn said, “It seemed to make sense to offer our products and services to each other’s dealer base.”
