Lenbrook Unveils Leadership Succession Plan

Lenbrook International, owners of specialty audio brands Bluesound, NAD Electronics, and PSB Speakers, has established a leadership succession plan that sets the stage for the company’s growth.

Lenbrook International, owners of specialty audio brands Bluesound, NAD Electronics, and PSB Speakers, has established a leadership succession plan that sets the stage for the company’s growth. As part of this plan, chief brand officer John Banks and Lenbrook Americas president and CEO, Dean Miller, will be transitioning from full-time operational positions to become members of Lenbrook’s international board where they will carry on in strategic planning and relationship building roles. 

Banks and Miller (who have been associated with Lenbrook as customers, suppliers, or senior management for over 30 years) have worked closely with Lenbrook’s president and CEO Gord Simmonds for well over a year to put this new senior team in place. Lenbrook’s new core leadership have been identified from within the company’s ranks and they will operate the company from Lenbrook’s global headquarters just outside Toronto, Canada.

June Ip will become vice president, marketing for Lenbrook International. In this position, Ip will lead all Lenbrook’s brand and distribution marketing initiatives.

David Cain will become vice president, sales, and commerce with overall responsibility for global sales and distribution, product management, and customer service across the brands. Cain is currently based in London, where he has served as Bluesound’s director of sales, key markets. He will be relocating to Toronto.

Agata Mossop will take on a newly created role as Lenbrook International’s vice president, channel development. Mossop will also provide brand management for “non-Lenbrook owned” audio distribution in North America, currently consisting of Bang & Olufsen PLAY and Tivoli Audio.
