OmniMount Launches Internet Dealer Program

The company has signed a contract with NetEnforcers to ensure the integrity of its Web sales program.

Phoenix, AZ–AV mounting and furniture manufacturer, OmniMount has instituted a new authorized Internet dealer program in partnership with NetEnforcers.

OmniMount is committed to the success and prosperity of its authorized distributors, said Dan Halaburda, OmniMounts national sales manager for e-commerce and special markets. Part of this process is maintaining an orderly marketplace. Its critical that OmniMounts end users understand how best to install and use their OmniMount products. That means we want only the most reputable dealers who provide excellent service and support to their customers.

NetEnforcers has years of experience with policing Internet dealer programs, stated Matthew Leberer director of operations for NetEnforcers. That, combined with proprietary technology that intelligently monitors and eliminates counterfeits and unauthorized dealers, will raise OmniMount and its dealers to the top. Who can say no to increased profit margins at an undeniably low cost?

The new program went into effect at the beginning of August. According to company officials, the purpose of OmniMounts Authorized Internet Dealer program is fourfold:
Establish a direct communications link to Internet dealers.
Establish standard operational policies for providing these dealers with up-to-date product information, warranty service, training and merchandising materials.
Establish a Minimum Resale Price level for select flagship models within the OmniMount line.
Create a method for end users to easily identify and patronize OmniMount Authorized Internet dealers.

The program comes on the heels of a recent Supreme Court ruling: Leegin Creative Leather Products, Inc. v. PSKS, Inc., which makes it easier for manufacturers to establish and enforce minimum resale price levels among their dealers and distributors. As a result of the ruling, OmniMount is in a position to better support its best dealers by enforcing its own standards regarding pricing, service and support, according to Halaburda.

Simultaneously, the company announced it has partnered with NetEnforcers in order to monitor the Internet for unauthorized dealers and counterfeiters. NetEnforcers will be patrolling the Internet looking for OmniMount products on unauthorized websites, and taking legal action to protect OmniMount and its legitimate dealers from unethical and illegal Internet sales practices.
