Peerless Industries, Inc., has sued NingBo Loctek Visual Technology Corporation in the Northern District of Illinois.
The suit alleges infringement of five patents related to flat panel mount technology and design.
Loctek has agreed to settle the lawsuit. The terms of the settlement are confidential.
