Premier Mounts has enhanced its sales team with two new staff members. Gina Schneider joins the company as regional sales manager and Tony Mascia will serve as regional sales manager for the Southeast U.S.
A technology sales professional for more than a decade, Schneider has worked specifically for the AV industry for four years and will be a key addition to the Premier Mounts sales team. Most recently, she worked with Lumens Integration as a regional sales manager and, prior to that, held the title of account executive with Troxell Communications. Both positions involved extensive interaction with major players in the K-12/higher education market.
“Gina brings with her many years of sales experience in her new role and has worked both in the dealer and the manufacturer side,” said Tiffany Dozier, vice president of sales. “With Gina focusing on growing our business in the Central region, Brian Mungo, our regional sales manager covering both the Midwest and Northeast regions, will now devote his full attention to the Northeast market.”

I look forward to focusing solely on the Northeast region, which will allow me to better serve more of my customers,” Mungo said. “Gina has a long history in the industry and is no stranger to most of the dealers and end users. With more than 15 years of experience in sales and program management, Mascia will be a key addition to the Premier Mounts sales team. Most recently, Mascia was a national commercial sales manager at Vutec. In this position, he had extensive interaction with manufacturer reps, distributors, and integrators, focusing on the education, government, house of worship, and corporate markets. His expertise in the contract and bid processes will help Premier Mounts continue to grow in the Southeast, the company said. He will put his experience to work immediately with HWPco, Premier Mounts’ new manufacturer rep in this region.
“Tony’s experience in the AV industry will be a great asset to Premier Mounts in growing our business in the Southeast,” Dozier said. “Tony is a strong addition to our sales team and we are confident our customers will appreciate the additional local support.”
Mascia is based in Florida and will replace Dwight Jenkins, who has taken on the role of Premier Mounts’ national consultant liaison.
