Anaheim, CA–Embarking on its third decade of delivering mounting technology and solutions Premier Mounts has expanded its sales and marketing team. The company says that the addition of Jim Hall as vice president of marketing, and Robert Guzman as western district sales manager, reaffirms its pledge to provide exceptional customer service with superior solutions and position Premier Mounts for continued growth.
“In order to maintain growth in line with that of the flat-panel television market, we needed to ready ourselves for the next wave of consumer adoption,” said Len Dozier, founder and president of Premier Mounts. “Both Jim and Robert have impressive credentials and proven track records of driving growth. More than that, they’ve shown commitment to delivering exceptional customer service–whether developing a solution onsite or in product development.”
As vice president of marketing, Hall will be responsible for increasing the company’s presence within established markets, introducing the company into new markets and developing relationships with key constituencies–suppliers, distributors, associations, and media outlets.

Credited with leading Epson projector’s growth as the number two brand in the United States, Hall was responsible for product marketing, shaping channel strategies and guiding product development. A graduate of California State University – Fullerton, Hall has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and is currently pursuing an MBA from California State University, Long Beach. He is a resident of Villa Park, Calif.
Guzman gained valuable sales and industry experience as the Southeast regional account specialist for Extron Electronics. Based out of Premier Mounts’ Anaheim headquarters, Guzman is responsible for distributor relations and increasing market penetration within Premier Mounts’ western district, which encompasses Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon Washington, and Utah. Guzman has an associated arts degree from California State University – Fullerton. He is a resident of Placentia, Calif.
